  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Shipping (within country): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (if applicable)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email/message once your order has been shipped
  • Tracking number will be provided (if available)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) (optional—remove if not applicable)
  • Please ensure you provide a correct address and contact number
  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not completed

5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • All cities within Pakistan (edit if needed)
  • International shipping may or may not be available

6. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customers

7. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • We will investigate and assist you accordingly
